Processed archival paper collections and digitized these records, applications and materials pertaining to past award submissions into the council’s database. (120 hours; University credit, April – June).

Processed new and previously accessioned record series to create corresponding finding aid descriptions for NARA’s online database. Materials consisted of 24 linear feet of typescript correspondence from government and military agencies, dating back to 1918. (120 hours; University credit, January – March).

Collated, processed, re-housed and cataloged all of the publicity photography materials for the 1963 Universal feature film Charade. Image formats included 35mm, 120mm, 8x10 and 4x5. Also processed and cataloged five wardrobe costumes from three different films released by Universal in 2007. (156 hours; University credit, September-December).

Surveyed collection records database for testimony materials. Established a new record schema in the center’s database to identify and organize Holocaust and genocide eyewitness testimony materials. (140 hours, May-September).

Archived the daily behavior and progress of clients diagnosed with severe mental illness at this outpatient mental health clinic. Assisted clients develop and use life skills on an individual, daily basis. Linked clients to resources in education, employment and recovery; assisted with court, probation and parole mandates as required. Worked in various settings such as personal residences, board and care homes, schools, hospitals, jails and on the street. (5/2002-9/2006).

Documented and monitored the monthly progress of adults diagnosed with a severe mental illness in a locked psychiatric facility setting. Coordinated team meetings with psychiatrists, family members and conservators for regular progress reviews. Evaluated and composed rehabilitation care plans with residents. Facilitated living skills groups and community outings for clients. Provided daily crisis intervention for unstable behavior episodes. (03/2001-5/2002).
